Samuel P. Charlton

Samuel Charlton is a Senior Analyst at SSG Capital Advisors. He works closely with SSG’s senior bankers on a wide range of special situations transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, and private placements of senior and subordinated debt and equity.

Prior to joining SSG, Sam was an Associate at Management Planning, Inc., a national consulting firm. He developed financial models and performed valuation analyses for companies across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, food and beverage, and consumer services.  Additionally, Sam executed appraisals, including interests in public and private investment funds, intellectual property, restricted stock, and option agreements. He began his career as an intern in the Valuation Group at Duff & Phelps.
