The Company utilizes state-of-the-art tracking technology and maintains a centralized monitoring center at its headquarters in Irvine, CA. Sentinel currently contracts with over 200 governmental agencies and provides services to more than 35,000 offenders in 41 states.
Situation
The Company retained SSG to recapitalize its balance sheet in order to refinance existing indebtedness and secure liquidity to fund growth opportunities.
