Solution
SSG delivered an interest-only revolving credit facility with an advance against monthly recurring revenue (‘MRR’), as well as, a tranche of convertible preferred stock. This private placement reduced Response’s annual debt service by over $2.5 million and lowering the interest rate the Company was paying from 22% to approximately 10%.
