Flow Dry develops and manufactures products for sealing, drying and protecting industrial products. The Company provides two principal product lines, industrial packaged desiccants and specialty gaskets.
Situation
The Parent Company retained SSG Capital Advisors (“SSG”)to sell certain assets, including Flow Dry, as part of a corporate repositioning program.
