Situation
Prior to retaining SSG, Didde had relationships with four separate lending institutions in both the U.S. and Canada. These facilities limited the company’s ability to aggressively expand its businesses.
Solution
SSG delivered a $30 million multi-currency senior credit facility which consolidated the company’s existing asset-based facilities and provided expansion and working capital through a cash flow oriented facility.
